Do I need to apply for PR under Experience Class after 3 years of my first entry in Canada?

Hi,
CIC website says "To be eligible for permanent residence under the Canadian Experience Class you must have completed, within the three years before you apply"
What if I complete 365 days in the second year? Am I qualified to apply or do I still need to wait to complete 3 years after my first entry in Canada?

If you’re applying for or let’s say Feb 2020 then they would only count experience from Feb 2017. It must be within 3 years from date you’re applying. Yes you can use the 365 days
