Dear follow the instructions given in the PPR email. You can send through VFS or tcs but again check the instruction and follow them

Order GCMS notes and also try to send email to CIC or CIO

as per new processing time mentioned on CIC, you can raise CSE and mention in it about the time passed for the applications set by CIC.

Bro I raised CSE and no reply by VO. GCMS ordered at the end of November shows the due date as 31/12/2015. No new updates May be raise CSE again within this week or next week.

Bro it seems that you had contacted CIC directly and not your visa office. CIC can only intervene once the processing time had passed which currently is 13 months. You can contact CIC after march 13 only but you can raise CSE to your visa office now to ask about the status of your application...

Karim, It is just standard reply by them. Either they will say that "awaiting review" or "routine background checks are under process". Can't predict when the next communication will come from LVO. You just wait patiently and Pray from Allah.

Try to raised CSE and ask about the confirmation of documents received and also about the status of the applicant Meanwhile It will be better if you order GCMS notes which may have bundle of updates for you as it is almost one month after submission of documents.
