Can any body tell me how to arrange the parcel and what details to mention on the envelope and what should included with the revise payment form?

If there is any concern about the payment can we send the new payment form by email or must be sent by courier.

The PCC from Pakistan was having validity of 12 months whereas the PCC from Kuwait was having 3 month validity. My application reached CIO on 3rd of November and the validity of PCC from Kuwait was till December.

Still no News till date.
