As per SS, no body had received the PER email applied in November.

CIC only charge CC when the cap is not full as it is the part of "completeness check". During this process the officer check that all the required documents are presented and status of the cap for the NOC under which the application had been received.

Have your CC or DD charged? If yes than you should wait for PER which takes more than 30 days after you got charged.

If your payment charged than you must receive email which can either be PER email or NER.
