Do you know how they are calculating the 397 score? Overall difference due to accompanying spouse should only be 25 points so your updated score should be in the 420's. Do you know where you are losing the other 25 points or so?

Yeah seems like it. I haven't seen any non US Ottawa processed outlanders get any PPR love. It seems they have put us in groups with our non US outlander group still pending. I think for outland processed at Ottawa there is another step after PPR which is of changing to your local VO. It seems that the PPR is generic with instructions to send to ottawa. For most outland this doesn't make sense and they have to request a change to local VO which takes around 2-3 weeks...

I think very few FSW outland got it in the previous batch. Majority including myself from FSW outland are still waiting. My bg went into progress a few weeks ago.

I think it is mostly FSW inland for July/Aug that have gotten PPR so far based on my observation including this morning. Most Aug FSW outland are still waiting. Possibly one batch. It might by that a significant number of July/Aug outland FSW will come through one batch. The wait is killer.....
