Yeah last note looks like RFV notes for others. I would think you are probably RFV. Does it specifically say File is RFV in the last line of the last most recent note? Its blanked out so I can't tell. The only thing we haven't figured out is why they are sitting on so many RFV files from August...

I believe your notes ordered after Jan 9th date should show RFV on Jan 9th, the day bg went in progress. This is what we have seen currently based on shared GCMS notes on the forum. Goodluck!

I believe you can only order notes after the first ones are delivered. I've read on websites that CIC cancels if multiple requests are put in process at the same time.

Can you please share your AOR date and if your inland or outland. In GCMS notes for others it specifically says "File is RFV" on the last activity date. This is the date when for outland bg goes in progress (based on recent notes shared by others).

I think most of the time these agents know nothing. You should send a CSE after your 6 month period to both Abu Dhabi and Ottawa asking about an update. Also to confirm your processing office, I think you should send a CSE to Abu Dhabi on letting them know that you will be providing updated...

Case specific enquiry (CSE) to ottawa office would probably be the best way to get a response and get their attention.

This is very strange and alarming for those of us waiting. My understanding was that we are processed at Ottawa and when PPR is sent they mention the local LVO. That is what I've seen from everyone's letter. I also saw someone post that they were told their application is processed at LVO but...

Yeah Ottawa is issuing it but they mention the respective LVO appropriate for the applicant. They have really improved their process, seems like they are using the country of residence field from the application to pick the appropriate LVO. That being said it does seem like someone is going...

I wonder how they decide which LVOs to pick first to issue PPRs. Or it is all random. I strongly think LVO is the basis for the current batches as both July/August are getting. If this was related to some date you would think they would clear out July first.
