You'll get a case number in about roughly 3 months if everything goes smoothly not only for you, but all the people waiting ahead of you. After they open your file and start the process, you should get an UCI. Time hasn't really changed on the CIC site. So expect the end of November/ beginning...

Random question, after the approval process and you get your PP back, I've read that the CIC states you have to be at the border by a certain date. Is the correct, and roughly how long do you have to get to the border?
