    Bowp refund after copr

Hi everyone. I just got my copr. One week after my bowp. Is there any way to get a refund? It's kind of ridiculous to pay that much for one open week

I don't understand how people with an aor from late June gets copr, and people like me with an aor from mid June hasn't even gotten a biometric phone call

Can't create new iec application for RO

Hi. My girlfriend has been in Canada for a year on an open work permit. But she can't create a new iec application, even when she inputs that she has a letter from an ro. It says she already has an iec profile in the pool. But that's a year old, from when she got invited in 2019. When she did it...

    Bowp and young professional

I should have applied for it when I applied for pr then. I waited a month for the r10 to almost be approved(or at least until people who applied a week before me got their medical passed). Now it will be a long time before I have an open visa

    Bowp and young professional

Does it instantly apply? Or only when my current visa ends? And is implied status even a thing when coming from a YP visa? My visa ends on September 26th. What happens if my bowp hasn't gotten approved, which it likely won't be in time?

    Bowp and young professional

Hi everyone. I'm on a young professional visa, and just applied for the bridging open work permit. Under implied status. Does my visa convert to an open one. Or can I still only work for one employer?

    can't apply for BOWP

I tried creating an iec profile. And it said I'm ineligible and just declined me. Which is correct because I can't get a new visa

    can't apply for BOWP

Hi everyone. I am currently on my second working holiday visa, now young professional after having had the open visa in 2018. I have been invited to become PR through the CEC stream. But I can't find anywhere on my profile to extend a work permit. There is only the options for applying to come...

Ray of Hope - 150th Draw - CEC

Remember that some cec are just people who worked in Canada on a working holiday visa, without studying. So that adds some lower scores. But it will definitely start to run low on cec at some point. I was surprised it dropped 7 points today

    Adress/Personal/travel history

Hi everyone. Just got my PR ITA. But a question. From june 2016 to november 2017 I was mainly traveling. I never had a fixed adress. Just buming around the US and Asia. How do I show that on the Adress and Personal history, when I never had an address? I was going to put in that time period as...

Super hard to say. My guess would be that you are 2 draws out. So you'd be invited in 2.5 weeks.

I would say to just avoid overthinking. If it seems like the right answer, then it most likely is. I was surprised how relatively easy the IELTS was, because I'm so used to English exams that try and trick you. So I was worried that I had made a mistake in always going for the simplest answer...

That does not true at all. What I'm seeing from some people is that they are only working to earn up to 1000$ so that they can keep CERB. This is not because they are lazy. It's because if they tried working as many hours as possible, they would barely make 2000$ a month right now. Because there...

If the second wave talks turn out to be true. It is actually not out of the question that it will actually be a worse situation in 9 months, than it is now

A lot of places have good numbers, simply because they don't test enough people. I've kept hearing that as a big worry among experts for Africa. That there won't be enough tests, and it will be hard to get a clear picture. Even in rich countries there aren't enough tests to get a clear picture...

Yup. But that's mostly alberta talking about stuff they actually can't do anything about. It's pandering to conservatives. They know their base isn't very smart. And that they can just say they will do things

Ray of Hope - 149th Draw - CEC

The thing is that no one, absolutely no one, has said that CEC will always be better. Just in this very specific scenario. No one has said it's a permanent shift. Everyone in the thread says it's a temporary thing. Except for you, who keep saying people claim it's permanent. The thing you keep...
