Hi, Did you get an email notification or you logged into your GCKey ? The account says that they will send you a notification via email if there is a movement. So I was wondering do they really send out an email ?? Thank you A&A

Hi Did you physically meet them ? Did they make a phone call from their portal to CIC ? Unless doing this they gave you this information, if this was on the phone then that's pretty generic. For us our file is special but for them they are all the same. Sorry to hear that they didn't help you...
