Hi, They can from the paid representative agent portal - Send this link to them and they should link your application and see the movement. But kid you not the rep's are lazy somethings and they won't do it. But try.. Hopefully your rep is not like all the other. :)...

I believe the interview email comes about a month before the expiry of the medical. Interview - No Interview, they have to have an answer to the application before the expiry. They will speed up the process if everything makes sense to them and only the interview is pending. In worst case...

When I last emailed NDVO they got back to me within a months time and were very generic about it. Your best bet is to wait until the month ends and you will get your answers... Good Luck
