Background verification is done before MR and security and criminality checks are done after/ along MR.

She must contact the medical centre if they got any instructions for more tests. If not then you can raise cse to vo stating that the medicals have been completed with complete details. Good luck

No need to worry for fund now. VO can not check for bank balances. Wish you speedy delivery of your PPs with CoPR.

No that should not be a reason for delay. Otherwise also VO will ask you to submit the copies of Bio pages of passport again at the time of MR
