@legalfalcon For those in the RFV group, how close do you think we are to getting PPR in terns of process, are there still more layers of review or are we basically just pending the application to be closed and documents issued? I see a COPR generated with a document number in my GCMS notes but...

They really need to start pushing out PPRs or CoPRs to those in the RFV group asap.

Application marked as approved since February. Jan 2020 AoR, US resident. On my GCMS notes I'm currently in the CPCO COVID PACE group. No idea how long this will take

This was 90 days after the 30 days. I think with the worst case calculations today shoudl have been the 120 day mark. What would happen if nothing happens after this time has elapsed?

Congrats! Did you get GCMS notes recently? After approval were you placed in the CPCO COVID PACE group as well?

@legalfalcon I received a CBSA 90 day extension notice on March 15. It's been exactly 90 days since then and still no communications from CBSA, are they legally required to push out the notes or can they further delay it. No notices or anything yet

Just out of curiosity, If, say my CoPR is issued and at some point after the pandemic I decide to do a soft landing, do I immediately start having to pay Canadian taxes on my global income? Thanks

@legalfalcon I'm interested in this as well. I'm a US resident and citizen but planning to be out of country for 3 months in the next few months. Any potential issues? And to ask on behalf of others in this thread, if theyre from a non-visa-exempt country will it impact their PPR process?

I'm guessing a snail's pace haha. Jokes aside I hope things start clearing for those in the pace group in the next few months as vaccines ramp up. I heard there are talks about the US/CA border potentially reopening in July on a limited basis, not sure how true this is
