Completely anecdotal but for a US COR/ US Citizen applicant I did not get fastracked thru the process at all in the last 19 months.

Honestly a lot of 2019 and 2020 outland applicants are still waiting so it'll likely take some more time

Exempt yeah, getting PPR? Not really. I wish they would start gettnig those PPRs out already and strictly clearing backlog on a firs in first out basis
