I did, my original medicals were slated to expire Dec 2020, but they had it sent to reevaluation and extended it to Feb 2022. That was the first time it got extended. The same thing happened again last week and my medicals got extended again on Nov 15. Portal updated

It showed up in the profile updates but didn’t highlight exactly what changed so I had to compare with old screenshots

I got a GU on the 8th that changed my medical exam status from you’ve passed to you do not need a medical exam. My medical were M1 so they just extended it instead of asking for remedicals. But this is the second time they extended it. First time was Jan2021, second time Nov 2021

No emails, both times just randomly seeing it updated in my account

Earliry remedicals may be a sign that PPR is coming soon after so hoping that's the case for you

I got the exact same earlier this week but my current medicals are still valid till Feb 2022, this appears way earlier than scheduled. Suspecting things may be moving along.

Jan 2020 AOR, got a GU two days ago and it looks like my meds were being sent out for extension/remed. Ottawa VO. Hope that also means changes are coming to you soon

One more potential edge case: What happens if I travel to Canada as a US citizen, just to visit friends for a week and suddenly PPR comes through in my email? Do I suddenly need to do something while inside Canada or can I just finish my vacation and return to the US and then send over my...

I've whitelisted the cic.gc.ca domain but definitely still anxious about the PPR email going to spam, the system shouldnt have to hang on such a thin thread

Congrats!! Another with same stream/VO/AOR as me, gives me hope. I hear that its normal to have PPR email without updates in the profile.

This one hits super close to home, within 2 days of my AOR and same stream and VO, I wonder if they got remedicals before or if it just came out of the blue

Requst GCMS/CBSA notes through a third party asap if you can. It's always good to see the details rather than being in the dark
