Yes. If the quota is filled they should stop sending ITAs. There is no point on rejecting already submitted applications. So I think the thing about the quota mentioned by your lawyer does not make sense.- jaySil

Medical Exam expenses!
Unfortunately that is the price you have to pay. I paid $800 CAD for me and my wife from Canada. I don't think there are any reimbursements for medical test costs. However, the cost may be significantly lower if you do it from your home country.- jaySil

Got an email saying that my application is updated. However medical check tab says "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.". So medical is not passed yet. The BG check says "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more...- jaySil
