I don't think they will issue you BOWP if your application is incomplete. But I am not sure. And to your question whether you can reapply with BOWP, I think yes but you may lose 600 points pertaining to your LMO.

What fonteynb said is absolutely correct. You will need an offer letter on top of your LMO. For your information I have seen a case where EE application was rejected due to lack of Offer Letter even though he had LMO.

Your Doctor will not wait for your confirmation. Once eMedicals number is created they are obligated to send the report to CIC no matter you submit your PR application or not. You should not wait either. All the best. :)

Current BOWP timeline is around 2 months. Since your BC is in Progress, hopefully you should get your PR approval before your BOWP. We never know.

Don't worry everything will be alright. By the the time they look at your BOWP application you should be having AOR or even your PR approval. All the best for you.

Applied for BOWP online on March 30 based on EE AOR dated March 11th. Eagerly waiting for approval as my current WP expired on April 16th.

Good information Jaffa. While GCMS can be accessed globally I am not sure if inland immigration applications will be processed in overseas VOs.

Usually Canada or any country will not open their Immigration related internal databases to be accessed from another country. So my best guess is when VO make any change, these changes will sit in their local database until a scheduled over night batch job runs and updates the central database...

Congrats! Again Sarov. But those were the days when CIC used to ask for missing required documents. Oflate we are evidencing different strategy from CIC. They are now rejecting applications straight away. No questions asked.

This is weird. In most of the cases I have seen applicants were eligible for both FSW and CEC aswell so as per your logic FSW applicants who were otherwise eligible for CEC, will not get the timeline of CEC applicants?? How do CIC categorize FSW vs CEC just based on EE ITA or real Canadian...
