I have no doubts you know how to track a package, but have you followed the instructions outlined in the quoted section I provided? Call and start a claim, if they wont start one for you either call back and pose as the sender, or call the sender CIC HK and have them start a claim.

The bolded is false. There is no proven correlation between country of residence and where your application is sent. Many living in the UK have had their applications sent to Ottawa or Mississauga, and many living in Canada have had their applications sent to London. I would hate to see someone...
