Oh man , In US its close to $500 (30000 Rs) per person for medicals. And on top of that they dont accept insurance for this.

I would say you have to mention about your uncle , and do not provide proof now , if its required , your local VO will ask you to submit it when the file reaches them after PER, meanwhile you can go ahead and file your Application and start working on getting your uncles relationship documents...

Any idea why some people recieved only medical requests and not RPRF and PCC along with it ?

Congratulations Buddy , I didnt receive an RPRF request with my Medical Request , even i am covered by CPC-O? Is this normal? , However i had sent the PCCs along with my application , that explains why they didnt request for PCCs.
