Sending it on August may be too late. you have to send it as soon as possible. As I can see here, 1122 may be the first NOC to get filled up.

Im afraid my application did not use the 2D bar-coded IMM forms. did your friend filled hers with the new form? anyone from the forum who filled with the old forms and got their applications returned? or is it too soon to know?

You just have to submit an affidavit of discrepancy for all documents with typo error duly notarized and signed by the primary applicant. that's all you need to support your claims of errors.
