Matagal nga po wala action ngaun sa MVO. Sana umulan ng PER ngaun 2015! Ang holiday po ay sa January 15, 16 & 19. SO hopefully before that e maka receive na tau good news from MVO!

I just got a RETURNED DUE TO CAP REACH email from CIO. I filed under NOC 1122 which CIO received on 26 July 2011.. I guess that's it for me this year. Let's try again next year, very early next year. lets just hope 1122 is still in the list.

I just received answer to email enquiry to CIO re: FSW application status. I filed under NOC 1122 received by CIO July 26. Response is... Returned due to CAP Reach.. time to consider other means of entry to Canada. (QSW perhaps).

wow. lucky you. this is good news, it means all 1122 before august 1 made it to the cap. the question now is if we pass the initial processing or not. mine was received july 26, and i still have no news from CIO as to the status of my application. looking at the worksheet, cut-off date for NOC 1122 could not be 8 july because there are already people who applied under NOC 1122 whose application was rcd 21 july and payment charged on 8/30/2011 (shriji).. so possible cut-off date now is july 21 for NOC 1122 ;D

I still think the message from CIC is an auto reply since you got it by sending an inquiry to them. Ill believe this is the message was directly sent by CIC without you sending inquiry. ANyone who got an email msg from CIC who did not send inquiry?? Lets make it clear, you were answered by CIC...

this may point out that even though your cc/bd has already been charged, it doesnt mean you are in the cap and approved for processing, am i right?
