I was wondering why my application decision is still not released as I was supposed to receive the final decision by FEB 2020, but I ended up being within the unlucky 20%! . Just got another GCMS note which is almost identical with the previous one :( the former was 96 whereas the latter is 97 - still identical.

Guys, is the processing system back to normal? I was supposed to receive the final decision in FEB 2020 (according to the timeline in my profile). But a few weeks after that the whole pandemic thing hit the world and now, we are almost in NOV 2020! Just to let you know, I received my first GCMS...
