My parents birth certificates are translated+notarized. Passport copies are NOT notarized and I believe this is not required. ( please correct me!) None of the principal forms includes anything about my siblings because they're all over 22. I have only mentioned their names in FAMILY INFORMATION...

Regarding the emails, I've also put lots of N/A. People in their late 60s rarely use emails unless they're academic professors or managers. ---
