as long as you have onward ticket to your PNP destination (Halifax). you'll be fine. I feel this has already been answered on the forum.

couldn't agree more, people want to move to Ontario, it's just that their PNP system is not at par with other. Too much processing time. Hopefully that will change with new online system.

if they acknowledge document sent via other reference number you're lucky. While you are waiting, I would advise you to send(arrange) the documents again. I had to do the same, when they rejected my docs saying sealed envelope was open. I know for a fact that it was not.

As far as I know getting it from PSK (passport seva kendra) is better. as it doesn't have any duration of stay for an address.
