I want to ask that if your current IELTS result has not expired, can you give a new IELTS test and update that score in EE profile?
Secondly if the new result is not better can you still use the older one?

yes why not. In fact everyone is trying to improve their scores constantly doing this. IELTS is a big factor. Keep giving test until you get clb9 and yes you can update the best result among all.

Yes, you can give a new IELTS test and update it.

You can still use the previous one if the new score is less or same.
