    PGWP issue

Yes you need to pay an additional, different C$100 fee. C$155 is the work permit, the extra C$100 is something else the CIC have added. As per my post above: Since 21 February 2015, the CIC have implemented an additional C$100 fee on all Open Work Permit applications. Source...

    changing passport, new work permit?

I would make sure to contact them via every possible method (as they're all flawed) to ensure they receive a copy of your new passport before they process your application. Email them, go through the Case Specific Enquiry and call them if you need to. Hopefully they will receive the update...

    Another question about Resident address

I stayed in a backpackers hostel for my first few months in Canada. I simply included the street address of the hostel, though I can't imagine it actually matters. You lived where you lived.

    changing passport, new work permit?

Have you checked the expiry of your current work permit? Typically they're not issued for a date past the expiry of your passport. So if you had to get a new passport, maybe your work permit expires soon as well.

    Need help! Getting Passport Stamped

You're asking a niche question. You might want to improve your generic subject to increase your chance of getting a response. e.g. 'Passport Request Processing Time in Paris'

Shared business or freelance work while on visitor visa & PR application legal?

My understanding is that if you're going to work remotely in Canada, that company cannot have business connections with Canada (e.g. customers or clients). As your company is Canadian, you almost certainly need a work permit. Hopefully someone can confirm.

Police check for vacation of <5 months

That's pretty crazy. I would call and email the CIC and ask them whether it was a mistake and point out that you would have to take a trip to Guatemala to get a police check for what was a vacation.

    CEC Old Application Processing time.

Well said! Spreading incorrect information such as 'every month there will be a draw for EE' is also bad practice. Each month during Q1 2015 had a different number of draws (e.g. Jan x 1, Feb x 3, Mar x 2). As I previously wrote: If you would like to try to speed up your app, pay your fees and...
