The dang gcms notes are not coming thru either

For some reason they have slowed big time last couple of months. I don't really know if it was the case previously. Though i seem to recall people getting processed 3-4 months after being transferred to manila.

We are on day 46 of gcms notes being ordered. Just curious if everyone is having the same issue as me. We are from Manila VO.

Gcms notes cost 5 dollars. I've ordered for my wife twice now under ATIP. I don't know about Privacy Act.

Looks like things have slowed down for everyone. I wonder if it has anything to do with study visa's around this time of year. I can see that being the case if the officers reviewing the spousal visas also review the study visa. Hopefully we get over this hump and they start pumping out some...

We received pre arrival services letter today. Wish it was the ppr though as i think you can still wait a lot after getting pre arrival letter.

I put down our tracking number and reference number on the email subject and also in the body of the email. I also included receipt number on the body of the email. Just mention that it's been more than 30 days and you want to know the status or something along those lines.

I sent them an email on the 31st day and it showed up the next day. This was on august 3rd. I ordered notes again on Aug 6, i don't have them yet. the 31st day is Sept 5th or so.

march 11 application transferred to cpc-m late april, got all medicals, biometric done in may, transferred to manila vo late may, additional document requested in early july waiting since then

Can any senior member confirm this information? I do have blank info under security, and in activity 3 is not shown, activity 4 is security with blank stuff. activity 1 and 2 are criminality which goes from progress to passed in activity 1.

Can you give more details please what am I looking for as far as wording?

We are also in background check from what I can tell. Which notes indicate that you are in security screening? We have GCMS notes from July, we ordered again in August which are due to be delivered next week. Is this where you found the information?
