*NEW* MANILA VISA OFFICE Philippines SPOUSE/FAMILY TIMELINE

CPC-M is definitely faster than MVO(3-4 months). If you are direct to MVO some cases are quicker (6-8 months). CPC-M to MVO seems to take the longest from my observation. (full year or longer)

    Time Frame

There is no straight-forward process that the application follows. It seems to be at the whim of the officers and we just have to bear with it. Good luck!

MVO recent slowdown in processing of apps

By the way I had ordered CBSA notes couple weeks after my GCMS notes. They were due yesterday so I sent them an email and apparently they mailed them out, as in paper copy. I could have sworn I requested e-mail... Anyway gotta wait another 5-10 days for them to actually arrive now.

Hello, I want to submit a complaint as the notes have been delayed for quite a while now. We are day 56 now with no end in sight and the complaints have to be submitted within 60 days. I am unsure which department to lodge the complaint on. Would it be IRCC?
