I am a June 3 applicant, still havent received MR, though my GCMS notes say "recommend passed". The last communication from CIC was in Mid-March for PCC from HK. I have already done upfront medical, do I need to do anything to notify CIC or just wait :(.... ?

You're right, but I still want to wait a little bit and see how it goes. If I don't see any hope getting landed by then, I will apply for BOWP right away. Meanwhile, I want to do upfront medical. Is it okay if I do NON-eMedical? (They send Fedex in a batch to Ottawa)

I'm pretty sure I have a clean sheet since I've done security and criminality checks before coming to Canada and I have been staying here since then. Just not sure when will be the next time my file got 'touched', they took 2 months to send me the PCC request, I wish I had ordered the GCMS notes...

I dont have any issue with my hours, since I have 52 weeks x 30 hours experience. I am a June applicant and I got my recommend passed in Jan.

They don't count the hours from paystubs, they count by (how many weeks during that period x 30 hours) even you work more than 30 hours a week. This is what I notice from my GCMS notes, and they gave me a "recommend passed".

First of all, congrats! Just wonder if CIC asked for those information? or you just sent them after reading GCMS notes?

You are out of status now, you can restore as a visitor by paying the $355.

Since BOWP is valid for one year and yours will expire in March 2016, that means you got your BOWP only recently? Can you share your timeline? (I will apply BOWP this month too, but no MR yet...) From what I learnt from this forum, your status is still valid even your cec is fortunately rejected.

I received my HK PCC request from CIC today, did you order your GCMS notes to find out? My notes will arrive next week, if there is no negative findings, I think I will do upfront medical (probably upfront RPRF too) and apply for BOWP, and let the rest of waiting be. Just don't wanna worry too...
