I checked twice this morning and early afternoon but no luck. I checked it once more before bed, and it's here!!! (Email stamped 16:45, that's beyond office hours of Atlantic time zone) AOR received on July 15!!! (app rec'd on Jun 3) Good night everyone :)

I couldn't send PCC with my application since I'm from HK and I need CIC's request letter to apply for PCC. I have explained it on my cover letter though, just wonder if it will slow down my AOR? (app rec'd on Jun 3)
