Lived "here" where?! "Here" in Canada or "there" in the UK? If you want to move to Canada, your only options are either A) One of the economic immigration programs. B) Family sponsorship. You can't seek asylum in Canada as you are already recognized as a refugee in another country.

Is the country where you were a resident before you came to Canada the same as your country of origin? If yes, then you can't go back. If not, then you can travel (make sure you check the visa requirements for that country for RTD holders)
