Hello,

I am a Yemeni resident in Saudi Arabia with my family. Currently and because of new laws I lost my work and I am at risk to be deported to Yemen. I need your assistance to move to Canada

You have two options:

1) Obtain a TRV (tourist visa) and travel to Canada. Claim refugee status when you arrive in Canada.
2) Obtain official refugee status in the country where you are living now or in another country (not Yemen). Typically this refugee status is given by organizations such as UNHCR. UNHCR will then determine where you and your family are resettled (it may be Canada or it may be another country).

Option # 1 is impossible for Yemeni citizens nowadays and it will be rejected
Option # 2 UNHCR in Saudi Arabia is not issuing a refugee paper (except Syrians) as th

OR look at immigrating to Canada under EE or PNP programs.

These programs are sufficient to skilled workers, I am 39 years old with a medium language and Bachelor degree. My points will not cross 350
