    Keep yourself busy all the time. e.g. join an ESL class, spend time at public libraries, join a fitness centre to release your energy, etc.

    Can't agree more! That's the responsible mindest that unfortunately, most refugee claimants here lack. I have seen lots of people with the victimizing mentality of how to suck the blood out of the government for the max social welfare they can get!
