For the ankara vo office for individuals whos medical maybe expiring they call to ask whether they can kand before a certain date and if the applicant says yes they then issue the ppr via email Hope this helped But it is usally sent by email

Youncan land as soon as the visa is issued in ur passport... I think for some people its just a matter of packing up their lives and immigrating...but for sure thats plenty of time
