No..i have no idea..i once called cic during the preliminary phase of my application ..they said that it was ottawa then and i was told unless and untill i reach 6 months duration i m not eligible to get any answer from cic..on 21december my 6 months are completing so i should be calling then...

Oh wow..its much faster then..:) Well..i do not know about the status change.. But there are 4-5 people who actually advised me to wait for cic's remed request..thus m waiting..

Ok..got it..but my 6 months period is about to be over so makes me more worried..besides other applicants who applied during the same time like mine have already got their passport stamped..i dont know what is taking too long in my case..

I think it depends upon your individual case..if they are close to finish your application process they will do it before your medical expires..otherwise they will ask you to do new medical..even my medical will be expiring soon and i am still in IP1 stage..i had called cic and the person who...

Its been almost 45 days now.. AOR 21st June 2018 Medical did on 26th Sept 2017 and should be expiring in couple of months Medical Status first showed passed and than changed to we are reviewing your medical results Background check shows your application is in progress and we will let you know...
