Medicals expired while application is still under process

Hello

My medicals expired 2 weeks ago and there was a status change from “you passed medicals” to “ you do not need medicals - just like when i subbmitted the application and got aor”. This status change happened 3 days after medicals expired.

My aor is dec’17. The last gcms notes which I ordered in april did not show any medical extension but agent had put a remark if medical revaluation req and transferred to lvo.

My question is do i need to do the medicals on my own or wait for cic to send me a request to redo it. Any views on this? So far i have not heard anything from cic.

Finally what happened in your case?
I have similar situation..
We applied on 21 june 2018, my medical status was passed and than it changed to we are reviewing your medical reports..
My medical expired on sept 26 2018 and my husband's got expired on 15 nov 2018..its more than 5 months since my AOR..
But no word from cic for redoing medical or a
 
@amisinghavi.. I am also in similar situation. My status changed to you do not need medical exam. Did your status changed to medical exam passed again after above update?

No..no movement from them..really makes me worried..hey,when did you apply by the way..my AOR is 21 june 2018..

My AOR is 27th October 2018. Medical got updated on 27th November and application moved in IP2 phase. Now today Medicals got reversed to We do not need medical exam. I am just worried if this will further delay the process or shall I do medicals and provide results even before they ask. Totally confused not sure what to do.
 
@amisinghavi Do you have any idea if this status of medicals remain same til PPR or it will change again to Medical Exam Passed once they extend the validity?

Oh wow..its much faster then..:)
Well..i do not know about the status change..
But there are 4-5 people who actually advised me to wait for cic's remed request..thus m waiting..

So what was the result? Did they ask to redo the medical or they extend it?
 
My medical is expired. Due to covid they are not taking appointments. Can i apply for visa on expired medical and do the medical when situation normalise
