When you got gcms notes, and verified the reason why you were stuck, did you filled web form with loe or did you wait for them to contact you.. I got my canada study permit rejected last year..could that have put me in RR? Though i have lived in Usa for 5 years and i have f2, f1 and h4 visas...

I really have no idea..its just that i called cic yesterday that i got to know my application eligibility is still being reviewed..i have ordered gcms though.. Should be getting 20 days..

Well i think you should send a strong loe for the reason you are stuck which should strengthen your case and help the officer to clear his doubts.. You better take advice of experienced members here.. Many times guidance of experienced members proves to be golden words..

Hi.. I have been a silent reader of this thread.. Similar like Nair,even i m stuck in review eligibility since 7 months.. Even i have shown Pof in form of fd..but i have not attached gift deed from my spouse.. I am curious to know can absence of gift deed take application for review required?
