Yes I was! From my understanding you have to apply for the SIN from service canada office or at the registry. Yes it starts with a 9 and yes you have to file taxes.

Don't be I know how hard the waiting process is I am in the same boat! What I was told November is the 4 month mark for July applicants. It can be approved way before that but if by the end of November it not there please call them. Waiting is frustrating but not much we can do.:)

In process means that it is being worked on and a decesion is forthcoming.It a waiting game!

My understanding you have to deemed eligible for PR some requirements have to be met not only your sponsor!

I have similar timeline called today and all they told me OWP is in process. Am not able to link to my profile. Hope it means it will be here soon.

Sent in July 13th, recieved July 15th, AOR August 21st!

I use a rep to so could not link anything. Recieved AOR was told they are just waiting for OWP to be mailed out!
