Buddy my only advice to you is you have to be 200% thorough from your side. Do whatever it takes to get them to acknowledge that you are an employee. In case NDVO calsl up and some one goofs up your future is at stake, not theirs.

you could also do a mock drill. have your friends or family members call the numbers that you have provided in order to see what kind of responsesw you get. that way you know what areas you need to work at.

Vats you could call on the number provided on your experience letter and inform them that they might receive a call for verification. Since you are in another city I guess your best option is to find out from your boss and/or colleagues who are the helpful employees in the Chennai office. BTW...

I got no clue about it. I am doing mine directly with alliance and i find it quite easy and straight forward. I am guessing even if we go through WES we will need to get the required documents from our UNIV and College. So might as well send the documents to Alliance instead of going via WES...

I believe we are asked to submit our sibling details as well, hence the question. Obviously I am the primary applicant. I have seen enough of applications being rejected out here due to tiny discrepancies. So I better be safe than sorry. Thanks for the sarcasm btw. Seems like you got it all...
