Hey Forumites.... Got my AOR from NDVO a couple of hours ago.. very happy.. :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) Admins please update the spreadsheet.. AOR recieved: 5-9-13

First find out what are the requirements for you to practice in Canada. Is there a License exam that you need to give or you can practice right away. if you need to register with an institution for sonographers in Canada or the province you plan to go to do that. start there and see how it goes.

I guess what Abhishek is trying to say that the short sweet and quick evaluation done by WES for the visa application will not be valid for PCE. Either you go back to WES and do a detailed evaluation or get it done through Alliance. Either ways the one we have isn't enough..That was just a 450$...

Hi Klmy, Congrats on getting your visa. When do you plan on going to Canada? Are you done with your credentialing??

U will find most of the study material Sullivan, Maggie, Kisner and Colby(latest addition) as of now.Other books may be required as well. you will figure out once you start, but these three we need to know cover to cover for sure.

Sandy Just find out from WES if they can give you a corrected evaluation report. the decision about informing NDVO about the same is totally yours. I got no take on that.

Guys nothing is a cake walk in life. Yes it is a difficult first few years in Canada for any new migrant. But with the right information and help from friends that we have made on this forum things can be easier.My suggestion is to check and cross check all updates of Alliance PT and not leave...

Abhishek Sandy already got his PER on the same day as me. Will it really matter if he gets a clarification from WES now
