For me it got back to vfs the next day. I guess with aramex it will take 2 days after the update.

If i were u, i would give it another week if it's not a real emergency. Taking the passport back will not affect the process i guess but it will create confusion that i would try to avoid if i were you. Give it another week and if nothing happens do that.

I got the same email but i could log in to the account why can't u log in? Actually there were still no new msgs just the update that i already saw the day before yesterday.

I don't think so. If nothing is updated in ur CIC account then i believe it's still stuck with them and not with aramex.

Looks like no matter how you have submitted your passport, there is nothing that can be done to speed up the process. They will just take their sweet time while we are stuck in different critical situations with desperate need of our passports. Very impressive!

Did they say it's ok to withdraw passport for permanent residence applications? This is ridiculous.. if we don't get this week, it would be terrible! No passport for a month!!! Who does that!!!

How do they mail the card. What if my relative was not at home when they mailed the card. Is it possible to provide a mobile number with the address ?
