One very important document is Reference Letter from previous employers mentioning details of job responsibility. T4 and paystubs are good supporting doc. as they are good evidence of your length of stay and amount of income in Canada.

The job bank is not totally functional yet. CIC is working towards hooking up employers who will post jobs on the bank. Then you should be able to see open jobs and apply. I do not know what's the roadmap for that, but it's in their plan. Stay tuned to CIC news !

Folks, I was looking at my ITA and noticed that I scored 600 points on account of Arrange Employment and not LMIA, though I have LMIA and qualified for CEC. @jasonsmart's are you on a LMIA exempt job? This could be the only reason how you scored 600 points inspite of not having LMIA.

Ofcourse, you can make changes to your profile like IELTS score or any life event that might occur while your profile is active.

@devilseye : I see that you partially answered your own question. While it's not mandatory to have LMIA to submit an EE profile, having a LMIA will give you the extra 600 points which is what CIC's priority is. My score is 935 because I had LMIA, otherwise it would have been 335 or 400 perhaps...

@hardi: If I were you I would have re-written the exam. That will give you a chance to prepare well and hence score better. Also, did you consider CELPIP over IELTS? I did CELPIP and found it's a good one !

@Vinod: If I read other posts correctly the 3rd draw was on 20th Feb. Wondering how you received the ITA on 19th Feb?
