My wife's OWP extension was approved yesterday! My SP extension has not changed status, probably because I got my PGWP already, so they are not going to process it?

I applied for my SP extension and my spouse's OWP extension on Oct 30, 2019. As of today, my application is still in progress, but the OWP extension is in eligibility review.

Now I’m confused and I couldn't find clear answer. Is PhD graduate stream eligible for IRCC express entry? Will I be able to get 600 points once nominated? I saw discussion in 2017 that master and PhD stream were not part of EE and had to go paper based application. Not sure if it has changed.

I second this. I applied for the PGWP at Pearson airport last Saturday. I just handed in my degree completion letter and transcript, no questions asked. I got my 3-yr work permit within 30 minutes.

Does anyone know how long does it usually take for the process of Ph.D. graduate stream, from submission to the nomination? After being nominated, I can then open an EE profile and link the nomination, correct? The rest should be the same as other EE programs.
