What are pre-medicals? What's the procedure for that?

I don't see many data points of Ontario Ph.D. graduate stream, so I am sharing my timeline below:

Submitted: Dec 23, 2019
Receipt of Complete Application: Jan 10, 2020
Assessment: Jan 15, 2020
Decision in Progress: Jan 17, 2020

I will update for the future steps.

I hope it will a good news, because I am afraid of receiving a refusal after waiting all this time.

I have analyzed several cases from Immitracker and have seen that refusal was during the assessment stage. Don’t be too scared about a refusal. Keep being positive.

I did the analyze, you are right. In daily life I'm not an anxious person, but they are pushing my limits.

However, immitracker doesn't countain exhaustive simpling

I know. It would be unfair to tell you to not stress, but don’t stress about a refusal. You can stress about missing 22nd Jan ITA like I did about missing Jan 8 ITA (which I did).

Now I’m confused and I couldn't find clear answer. Is PhD graduate stream eligible for IRCC express entry? Will I be able to get 600 points once nominated?

I saw discussion in 2017 that master and PhD stream were not part of EE and had to go paper based application. Not sure if it has changed.

I renewed my son's passport, do I have to update his information, in the OINP, knowing that I am in DIP status?

On OINP online portal, there is "List any other names used including name at birth, last name before marriage, previous married name, aliases and/or nicknames and indicate the name type" section.
My passport has last name, but not on my education document. Should I need to mention my other name, same as educational documents?

Moreover, my spouse passport don't have last name only first name; in this case, what should i write on last name coloums?
