I checked with my consultant yesterday, their view is that those files which are picked up for processing before 25th Dec - after that its Christmas holidays, will be considered, all other files will be returned. That is their view, but any clarity on this will come on CIC website only

Is this the reason that God is not giving me PER, He wants to save me from all these hardships??? :-\

Don't know buddy, what this is, i am one of the May oldies that have no news from CIC. Will not know whether we have been rejected or there is delay due to some other reason till CIC returns the package or replies to our enquiry mails.
