Hi Seniors, Pls throw some light on us oldies also, i am also 26th May DD applicant, no news, mail i have sent to CIC but i'm just waiting for their reply which will be a long wait.
In the meantime i wanted to apply in another NOC, but my consultant keeps saying that is not possible, that you cannot apply in another NOC till the time the first application is rejected.
Don't know what to do, i am so confused. Pls help.

CIC is working on June applicants, why would they pick up old May files now? No logic i find there.
Pls advise.

It not very late yet. In case the mode of payment is DD it takes a lil longer than cc payment. True they have started charging june applicants now but May applicants are still receiving PERs. Just wait for 7-10 days more, if you still dont get any response you can try sending another application.

Hi -I mean should I attach pictures and photocopies of my parents and his parents separately along with their residential addresses where they have lived from the last ten years ?

No. Only spouse and children are considered dependents. You cannot include your parents or your in-laws as your dependents in this application. You only have to send details and photographs for yourself, your spouse and your children.

Expect the DD encashment between Oct 10-30, 2014,if all is fine with your application.

Hi,

Welcome to the forum.

CIC is charging the applicants of 1st week of June at present. You will have to wait at least a month before you will hear anything from CIC.

Hi Everyone!!

Congratulations to those who has moved further!

My File was received on 28th July 2014. I had chose DD as a mode of payment. I have got it via Indusind Bank. After reading several posts here, I realized my DD also has only 3 months validity and is expiring on 18th Oct 2014. I have noticed in SS that they are taking more than 3 months to process the amount.

Please advice me what is the solution? Should I go for another DD or bank can extend the validity? Can I send a CC detail this time around 1st week of October as a safer side?

Confused.... ??? ??? ???

First of all just kick the xxx of your consultant. You can undoubtedly file another app in diffrent NOC. Just arrange for ielts trf from idp/british council, you already must be having second cooy of wes report. So go ahead take as much as help you want from the forum.
And may is not yet over cic is still working on may aaps many people are still getting their cc/dd charged and getting per.

Need Help..!!

While cross checking my forms, I realized that I have not mentioned my name in Fee Payment Form under Section A (Name of Principal Applicant). Since my method of payment is DD, I should have done that.

Is this is a major error?? (I have mentioned my name and passport number at the back of the DD). If yes, then I guess I need to send a new Fee Payment Form to CIO hoping that they will consider it.

Kindly advise..!!

Thanks If any country you were living or currently living more then six months then need PCC for all countries . PCC for a country not for city or province .

I have the same question. I am residing in Dubai from last 3 years, lived in Pune and Delhi. Do I need to get PCC from both cities or I can go to Indian Embassy in Dubai and get clearance letter?
