I have a query..
I am 2nd June applicant and waiting for MR.

I have got my Spouse name added in my passport.
So I have a new passport with new passport number.
My old passport has been cancelled and returned back to me by PSK.

Will it affect my application?
And what is further process now?
Please Suggest.

Wait for MR request and use case specific enquiry to attach the scanned copy of your new passport and send it NDVO.

This was suggested to me by the forum members.

Hi Guys,

I need your advise on one thing, what happens when you have filed an application in more that one NOCs and both of them get approved. How do you withdraw one and process the other one further with your local Visa office (NDVO). I have already applied in NOC 1111 by myself but have been advised by my consultant to file under NOC 1114, which i am keen on doing, just wondering what will happen in case both applications get approved or can you withdraw second application after you have received PER for the first one, can it be done at this stage also? If yes, then how does one inform CIC not to process the second application since first has been approved.

hello every1.. itz been 2 weeks ive rcvd PER and my file has not been trnsfrd to NDVO yet. Also, ive renewed my passport.. when and how will i inform NDVO abt mu updated documents. IS dr any chance dat NDVO will reject our File.

NDVO cannot reject your file because you have a newly issued passport. This is something which happens very often. As far as next communication from NDVO is concerned you have to wait for atleast 45 days post PER receipt to hear back. M sailing in same boat. Once you and NDVO start interacting you can tell them that you have a new passport now, they;ll update their records. Simple.

Yes she is eligible and no she won't be given lesser preference over others. If all documentation is upto date and correct then her file will be processed as others.

2) one-of my friend applied on 10th June and he received his per on 7th October and he has the same payment method as well as same bank dd.

Yeah so, here's my story

19th June, 0013 applicant update. Consultant just received the package back today. Reason is beyond insane. He 'missed' one page of the Schedule A form... An immaculate, meticulous application, and he managed to ruin it while despatching. I don't have words... I actually do have plenty of words just none polite enough for a public forum. Am on my way to his office now, will resend the app hopefully on Monday Inshallah. Have to obtain updated bank certificates

Dude, if you are still following the forum, hearing the news I thought of you. Why? Well, I've been following the forum from the get-go, and remember when you shared that you sat in the consultant's office till laaaaate at night just to make sure it got dispatched in front of you. I thought, man! this is one crazy desperate dude. Today I understood the wisdom of your actions. Lesson for all with consultants - take responsibility of your app till it gets dispatched and delivered - its your future on line, not the agent's.

Hi all, I have searched and refreshed my mail several times, yet I didn't see this PER, dear house members, please where else could it be hiding? Desperately waiting for you oh dearly PER, come today!

CC charged 29th Oct.

It takes maximum 2 weeks for PER to arrive post CC/DD charge. That has been the trend. Wait till 13th-14th Nov.

My application was received on June 9,2014. I got my CC charged in August and PER in October.


I lived in UK, India for more than 6 months in the past--I got PCC from them back in June 2014 itself( after the application was sent)

I am currently living in USA --got PCC in July, 2014.

Are these PCC's valid? I read in CIC that they must have been applied within 3 months of application. I just want to confirm.

Both are valid and acceptable as 3 months clause implies if you are sending it with initial application

unfortunately, i got my application back today (NOC:2281) due to work experience issue. although the experience letter contain all the required duties mentioned in NOC.

Queries:

1. can any 1 pl provide the format of experience letter for another try...
2. do i still have a chance if i resend my application under NOC:2281 in couple of days?? (CIC website showing count of 242 under my NOC as at today)
3. can i resend the same file (old dated forms, bank statement, police certificate etc) !!!

pl guide on the matter...

My credit card has not been charged yet.

Depends on your NOC, if other applicants of your NOC with same or later appln date hav their CC charged then you have reasons to worry. See if from the excel sheet, search applicants of your NOC and interact with them, what they say, then act accordingly.

""I do not have exact deatils of that guy. HE is from chennai . NOC 3142 and his application reached canada on 5th may.
few days back only he got hi PPR ."
