U did not send police certificate before with your application? Because if u did send them police certificate and they need another one ,they will send you requestfor ppolice certificate.to make sure put your name,UCI and file number andyour birthday.

You should get police certificate from the country's u been staying for 6 months and more.u mean u will put your application number?
