I changed my phone number after Decision made yesteday, it would not affect the process, it is better that you do it now i think because when they issue PPR to you, they will ask if there has been any changes to your contact info (mail address, email, phone number, additional spouse or kid...

I asked my friend who also got PR from express entry last year. He also lives in Ontario and he said what they did was a phone interview (landing interview). I guess things are different for EE. But hopefully, they may switch to this method for us

I think that they are worried when they issue PPR to us, we will send our passport via Canada Post and it may cause trouble since they are on strike. As far as I know, CIC doesnt accept any other courier except Canada Post

PPR delay is probably due to Canada Post strike. They are applying a new method for Quebec. Check the blue box in this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=748&top=22

I am pretty positive that you will receive DM this week. From what I observe for July applications, they process 1-week batch per week (July 17th - July 21st got DMs last week, July 10th - July 14th 2 weeks ago). So this week I think it's July 24th - July 28th batch.

Congratulations! Now PPR should be coming soon. As I saw some other guy that posted in this thread, he waited for a week since his ecas got changed to DM and he didnt receive PPR email.
