Like he said & from what I have been observing on this thread and other threads, there is no certainty. Although they seem to process it by application received date, all cases are different, it depends on how well-prepared your documents were, how many countries you have been to before Canada...

i feel that too lol, it is just my assumption but I think the reason why the officers issued MR for August-October applicants sooner that the later half July applicants is because there are fewer July applicants, also around March-April was when the processing time increased from 16 months to 19...

seems normal to me, you should expect ppr within 1~2 weeks
