I would just call CIC and set up an appointment with an office in town because I don't have a car to travel to border. But I think any border has immigration service. I saw some threads that some border agents are really rude, however, so you need to do some research on which border that is...

If you log in again to your GCKey account, it should be "Approved" now. for the ECAS, isnt "Decision Made" the final status for ECAS?

Yea, average process time is 16 months. My application received date is Jul 24th and only until last week did I get PPR. I am still waiting for COPR to come... Gonna be a while, but if you are lucky you will get it much sooner

Thank you. No email whatsoever, I just check CIC every 1 hour. Just at 11:25am EST I saw "application updated", clicked on it and see that they said the document is valid (I assume the mean my passport", clicked out and then saw the application status changed to "Approved" :D You should expect...
